MeasurementPreliminary remark:To get a correct result of the typify of the skin, it is necessary to make a reference measurement after switching on the SkinCheck by means of key ON/OFF. First a ´white allignment´ must be performed. Later these data are the reference of the colour of the skin and so this measurement should be done carefully.After the reference measurement some further information is needed to make a coarse classification of the type of skin. These are the characteristics of the body which - frequency of sunburn / tan Finally a measurement on the surface of skin of the forearm determines the exact data of the type of skin (range is from 1.0 upto 4.0). |
